With our online application, Apply and application management service, you can manage all your postgraduate applications in one easy-to-use system. Using UKPASS can help your institution realise real efficiencies and cost savings throughout the admissions process.

Our clients use UKPASS application management to:

  • Tailor the application by adding up to 15 institution-level questions and ten programme-level questions
  • Add their institution logo to personalise the application
  • View applications within hours of an application being submitted
  • View attachments submitted with applications
  • Manage application processing and decision-making with controlled access and permissions
  • Record decisions including details of interviews, offers and reasons for unsuccessful decisions
  • Create a variety of reports.

This can be done either via the browser-based UCAS web-link product, or via UKPASS xml-link. xml-link is an interface that enables you to populate and maintain a local database of your UKPASS applications and course information and/or move the data into an existing student record system at your institution.
