The UKPASS forum has been set up for institutional users of UKPASS to discuss together anything relevant to the service and postgraduate admissions.
It provides you with the opportunity to post any ideas for changes or enhancements to UKPASS products on which other users may comment. UCAS may collect more detailed specifications on proposed changes and will use this forum to float them for your comments and priorisation.
Access to the forum is restricted to members of staff at UKPASS institutions using their institution username and password. Staff with institutional passwords will be able to view topics and posts freely. If you require assistance with the username and password for your institution please contact the HEI Team - 0844 984 1111.
Go to the UKPASS forum and see what is being debated currently.
If you are logged in, you can start a new topic within any of the forums already listed on the index page, except for the UKPASS Forum Introduction and guide to using the forum.
From the forums homepage, choose your required forum, click 'Start new topic' then type in a subject for your message. The subject line will appear at the top of your topic. Then type in your message. You can upload a maximum of 3 attachments to each topic. Once you're happy with the message, click on the Preview button to see how your topic will look live on the site. If it all looks OK, click on the Submit button to make your topic live. It is possible to edit a topic once submitted but you are not able to remove it.

If you wish to post any ideas for changes or enhancements to the products for other users to discuss please refer to the instructions detailed in the topic in the Change Forum - Guide to submitting a request for change. This is also where UCAS may post proposed changes for your comments and prioritisation.
If the team cannot answer your enquiry immediately, they will ensure that it is directed to the most appropriate area, and will keep you fully informed as to its progress and resolution.
