Access web-link

web-link is used to view applicant data and programme and institution data. It is reached directly through an internet connection, giving you the most up-to-date access to both your applicants and your courses from a single log-on point.

For UKPASS users web-link can be accessed by clicking on the "Postgraduate Admissions" link from the Link menu.

Using web-link - UKPASS

Once you have logged into UKPASS web-link, you will be taken to the 'main menu' where four options are available, depending on your login permissions:

  • Application menu
  • Course menu
  • Institution menu
  • Report menu

If you wish to change your permissions, please see your existing net.update administrator at your institution.
