My chosen university or college is in UKPASS but does not appear on the institution list when I add an application. Why is this?

Once a university or college decides to join UKPASS, it can take a while before all the necessary updates can be completed and applications can be made through UKPASS. In the meantime they will still be accepting applications via their existing application route.
