Using the UKPASS service

UKPASS is an application service brought to you by UCAS. If the university or college that you want to apply to uses the service then you will be able to complete your application to them online via our easy-to-use web-based application, Apply.postgraduate student

Your application does not have to be completed all at once. The system allows you to leave a section partially completed so you can add to it later, or change any information you have entered. This section of the website provides a guide to the information that you will be asked for when completing your application. Help text is also available in each section of Apply but if you can't find the answers you are looking for you can contact our Customer Contact Centre for help.

Click here for a list of universities and colleges using UKPASS. Some universities listed may be in the process of joining UKPASS but not yet able to accept applications through Apply. If the university or college you wish to apply to is not shown on the selection list in Apply then you will need to contact them direct and ask how they would like you to submit your application.
