Cancellation
You can cancel a partially completed application by logging into your Application Summary and clicking on the 'Application ID'. This will display the 'View Application' screen from which you can make your cancellation.
A cancelled application does not count towards the maximum number of ten applications.
Adding and changing information
If you have not sent your application to us, you can change and add to the information in any section, even if you have already recorded the section as completed. You should log into your Application Summary and select 'Amend personal data' from the lefthand navigation to make your additions and amendments. 
Withdrawal
You can withdraw an application you have sent to us by logging into your Application Summary and clicking on the 'Application ID'. This will display the 'View Application' screen from which you can make your withdrawal.
If you withdraw your application within 14 days of sending it to us, we will refund any application fees you have paid.
You can also withdraw your application after 14 days of sending it to us, but we will not refund your application fees.
You cannot reinstate a withdrawn application online. If, in exceptional circumstances, you need to reinstate a withdrawn application, you should call our Customer Service Unit on 44 (0) 871 334 4 447 for advice.
A withdrawn application counts towards the maximum number of ten applications.
Changing information on your application
After logging into your Application Summary, select 'Amend personal data' from the lefthand navigation to add new information or to change the existing information in any of the following sections of an application:
We will send the revised information to the universities and colleges electronically.
When you add new information or change the existing information on an application, we will automatically make the same changes to any other applications that you have already sent to us. You will, however, need to update any applications that you have partially completed. If you make another new application, the data that we automatically transfer onto this application will include any changes you have made to previously submitted applications.
Information you cannot change
You cannot add new information or change existing information in any of the following sections of an application after you have sent it to us:
If you need to make any changes to the information in any of the above four sections, you should send full details directly to the university or college.
If you ask a university or college to consider you for a different course from the one on your application and they agree to this request, they can change the course details on your application when they record an offer.
