References

You will be asked on your application to provide the details of two referees. These referees should know you well enough to write about you and comment on whether you are a suitable candidate for postgraduate study. We can't process your application without either (i) full details of both referees or (ii) confirmation as to how the references will be provided to your chosen university or college.

Your references will need to be written in English, unless you are applying to a Welsh university or college and are completing your application in Welsh, in which case they may of course be written in Welsh.

The references can be entered into the spaces provided, they can be sent as attachments to your application, or your referee can send them by post or email direct to the university or college, using the address details shown in the link 'Address details for attachments'.

References must not contain any false, misleading or partial information. You must not write all or any part of your references yourself, nor may you edit or change the wording of your references.
